Is it ever okay to be angry?

Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." - Luke 23:34

How many times a day could we repeat this prayer?

Sin is sad. It is a sign of our faithlessness and that we still buy into some of this world's deceptive ideas.

Often our reaction towards sin is anger. I do not think this is a healthy response. Matt 5:22 tells us "But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment."

James 1:19-20 tell us "My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires."

So, is there a time when it is correct for us to remain angry?
