Apathy

The opposite of love is not hate -- it is apathy.

1 John 3:10
"This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother."

Ignorance and Apathy - the bane of Western Christianity. Many don't know and don't care.

But what marks a Christian?

Love for God and love for others. Let's buck the trend of Christian nihilism. It just doesn't fit. We are made to serve one another.

Mark 10:45
"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
